I have multiple deposits all the same amount that are in my bank feed. Three deposits for 475.00 Two are QP payments and one is a check deposit.

You can choose one from any of the three deposits regardless of how many times they appear on the bank stream. It is also preferable to consult your bank statement for clarification.
 

However, you can also record a combined transaction in QuickBooks with a bank deposit. 

See these steps below:

1. Click + New.
2. Click Bank Deposit.
3. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
4. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
5. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
6. Select Save and close or Save and new.
