I have my monthly fee taken out of my account but switched banks

I'm happy to help with this, @7490.

 

Switching your billing should be fairly simple for you. To update credit card and subscription billing info here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Select the Billing details tab.
  3. Select Edit billing information and update your payment info.
  4. When you're done, select Save.
