"I have no transactions after 10/23/2020" How do I get updates?

The first thing I suggest is to refresh your online bank connection.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Bank Account.
3. Click Refresh On.

That will get your online bank connection up and working again. 

As for the missing transactions, you can refer to this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed. It's a step-by-step guide on how you can upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This way, you can keep your online bank balance up to date.
