I have no transactions for the past 3 weeks. It won't let me refresh my bank account. What should I do?

Before we start, I just want to clarify the name of the bank account that is no longer updating bank transactions. Did you encounter any error messages? What issues did you face when you were unable to refresh your bank account? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

 

In the meantime, I recommend trying your browser's incognito mode to check if there's a webpage issue preventing you from refreshing your bank account. To open a private browser, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

Afterward, access your account again and manually refresh your bank account by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Bank Accounts.
  3. Click on Refresh All button.

 

After completing these steps, please repeat the same process at least three times and once more in the next 24 hours to allow the bank to re-establish its connection.
