It's nice to have you here, @daylabarotti-yah.

I'm here to help you with the deposits, but I need to know more about this so I can give you an accurate resolution. Can you please let me know what these transactions are for? Also, are these entries customer payments or for activating Direct Deposit? Any details will help.

If these are regular deposits from customers, you can simply deposit them to your bank. Here are some links that will walk you through with the deposit process in QBO:

If you're referring to activating Direct Deposit, we ping your account with a test debit of less than $1.00. You'll need to enter that amount to authorize your account for payroll transactions. It might be up to 2 days before you see that debit, and there are 2 ways to verify the test transactions.

First is through the tasks or To Do List. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Overview.
  2. Go to the To Do List, and select Let's Go on Check your account for a small deposit, then verify.
  3. Click on Verify your account.
  4. Add and confirm the amounts of the test transaction from your bank account.

The second option if the there's no New payroll tasks button, do it in the Payroll Settings. Here's another way to verify test transaction:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, and then Payroll Settings.
  2. Look for Bank Accounts, and select Company.
  3. Tap the Verify Account option, then enter and confirm amount.

Here's a link for you reference: Verify test transactions for Direct Deposit.

Come back here for the additional details, or if any of these suggestions help. I want to get this resolved for you and I'll be right here anytime.
