Income is simple to confirm so I don't believe the discrepancy is from income.

I appreciate you for reaching out here in the Community, @Laura11_2. I'll share possible details about why your profit is bigger than your current bank balance in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You'll want to review the transactions inside the account that you reconciled. It's also possible that not all transactions from that multi-currency account got deposited to your bank. Another thing, please know that the data you see in your Profit and Loss report is your home currency. That said, if you've done transactions in multi-currency, the exchange rate will surely affect your data.

Now, to verify if all transactions from your previously reconciled account got deposited to your account. You can run a reconciliation report, and I'll gladly input the steps below. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
  3. In the search bar, type Reconciliation Reports.
  4. Choose the account you reconciled, and then select a report period.

Also, if the issue persists, you can reach out to your accountant. This way, they can review your reports, so you won't have to deal with the differences in your data. They can also give you the best possible way to handle transactions in different currencies.

Additionally, I've got you this article in case you encounter issues when reconciling an account in the future: Fix issues at the end of a reconciliation in QuickBooks Online.

You can also check this page to learn how to undo a transaction from your reconciliation: Remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you need further assistance with this, @Laura11_2. You can also post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be more than happy to lend a hand. Take care, and have a good one!
