Question

I have set up quickbooks and linked my bank account. There are no transactions showing up. Why are the y not loading?

Hello there, @royalpigrva-gmai.

 

I appreciate you for trying to perform the Update button in your QuickBooks Online account. This can normally help you bring your bank data into the program. 

 

One more thing, make sure to log in to your bank's website and check if there is no maintenance. This might also be the reason why transactions were not downloaded in QuickBooks.

 

If it persists, you'll want to manually upload the bank transactions using the CSV file to continue bringing them to QuickBooks. Download transactions from your bank by logging in to your bank's website. Then, follow the given instructions on how to download transactions and save the file on your desktop or anywhere you can easily find it. 

 

Once done, upload them to your book by following these steps:

 

  1. Sign to your QBO account and select Transactions on the left panel.
  2. Click the Link account drop-down arrow.
  3. Select Upload from file. Then, click the file you've saved on your computer.
