Linking your other accounts to online banking will ensure they appear on the Bank transactions screen and automatically download transactions into your company. I'll assist you through the process to ensure everything is a breeze for you.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions menu on the left panel and select Bank transactions
  2. Select Link account if you've already created one or Connect account  (first bank set up).
  3. Enter the name of your bank in the search field and select it from the list.
  4. Log in to your account and type your banking credentials.
  5. Choose the accounts you're working on. Make sure to select the ones you want to see in your transactions.
  6. Click the Continue button to proceed.
  7. Follow the on-screen steps to connect.
  8. Click Connect and wait for QuickBooks to import your transactions.

See this article for further details: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online. It includes guidance on linking an account previously connected to bank feeds and connecting one directly from the chart of accounts.

You may want to look at this guide for more details on how the program connects multiple accounts to bank feeds: About bank or credit card subaccount setup.

Now that you have all your data in QBO, categorize them to the correct account to keep your records organized. Alternatively, use bank rules to streamline the categorization process. Also, reconcile the account regularly to stay on top of your records.
