Question

I have several weeks in September and October that did not come over to my QuickBooks from my bank account. How do I get them added?

We can manually upload your transactions to get them added to the QuickBooks Online, @MLB4. I'm here to help you on how to do it.

First off, you need to log in to your bank website to get the transactions and download them to a CSV file. Afterwards, we can now manually upload them in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then click Bank transactions.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click the Link account drop-down and then Upload from file.
  4. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  7. Click the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  8. Select Yes.
  9. When you accept your transactions, click Done.
