Question

I have some payments that are depositing some that are not Some from a long time ago that show paid but not deposited I don't show any active actions why what do I do?

Let's get to the bottom of this and have your payments deposited, @userscrubatubkc.

 

Funds may be delayed if there's a piece of pending information in the transactions, or from the merchant's account. Rest assured this doesn't mean there's anything wrong. We just need to review the payments and ensure everything is alright. 

 

Furthermore, I'd also suggest contacting your bank and verifying of any updates. It could be there's a maintenance issue that delays the deposit funding of your customer payment. You can also contact our merchant support team for further assist you in checking the cause of the delay.
