I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my bank accounts but only the balance is updating, no transactions are downloading.

Before doing so, I'd like to verify the name of the bank account that shows missing transactions. And did you get an error message? Any additional information will bring us closer to the resolution and check this further.

In the meantime, I suggest logging in to your bank's website to check for any messages, notifications, or alerts that require your attention.
