I have tried to work on quickbooks for 4 days. All it does is just sit there and spins

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Have you tried what @Fiat Lux - ASIA suggested? It will help you check browser related issues and access QuickBooks Online in a slate.

 

If you already did and issue remains, I recommend reaching our Customer Care Team to conduct further investigation about it. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click on Contact Us, then provide a description of your issue.
  5. Tap Continue or Let's talk, and choose a way to connect:

 

  • Start a chat with a live support.
  • Get a callback from the next available support.
