A warm welcome to the Community, lightstar.

I'm here to help ensure you only have one account for QuickBooks Self-Employed. As an initial step, you might want to choose  which account to use first and cancel the other one:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select Billing Info and then Cancel subscription.

If you purchased your subscription through the app store, you can visit this article for the detailed steps in canceling the account: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.

Additionally, you can visit this write-up to know more about this program. This  will provide you more details about features and options available in each QuickBooks versions:

Let me know if you need more details about QuickBooks accounts or if you have any other concerns. I'd like to make sure this is resolved so you can start running your business. Have a great rest of your day!
