I have two Etsy Stores. I was able to sync one Etsy Store with the "Sync with Etsy" App. But, how do you sync the 2nd store?

Welcome to the Community, edwinkimco-gmail. I can share some helpful information about connecting an Etsy account in QuickBooks Online. 

Currently, syncing two Etsy accounts in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. This is valid for one account only. This helps you track your reports and transactions respectively and avoid jumbling the records.
