I just linked my bank account to QB and it only shows from December 2022 to current. How can I get the rest of transactions for January-November 2022 imported to QB?

Hi there, @debbie-nikirecor. I'll help you bring in your transactions from last year.

When you connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), it will automatically download the last 90 days of transactions from your bank. If you need to get older ones, you can upload them manually. You'll have to download the data from your bank's website. 

Here's how: 

1. Sign in to your bank or credit card’s website.
2. Follow your bank’s instructions for how to download transactions to your computer. (Please take note that some banks call this WebConnect.)
3. Make sure the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
4. Download your transactions and save the file somewhere you can easily find it.

Then, review the file format and size before uploading it into QBO. After that, follow these steps to upload the file:

1. Go to the Transactions or Banking menu. Then, select the Banking tab.
2. Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
3. In the Link account drop-down menu, select Upload from file.
   
4. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, Continue.
5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, Continue.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
7. Mark the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
8. Select Yes.
9. When you accept your transactions, select Done.

Once done, you can categorize them in the For Review tab.
