Question

I just noticed my app stopped tracking trips back in March, not usually a problem. Went to import Google trips and it wont import, keep getting an error. Not sure why.

I keep getting an error when trying to import trips from Google.  I follow all of the directions given and nothing.  I have seen some responses to other posts with some troubleshooting, like using incognito mode in Chrome, and still nothing.  I am not going to go through over 4 months of trips to manually enter them one at a time, need help.  Thanks.

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help (?) icon and choose Contact Us. If you're using the QBSE app, press the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Type "talk to a human," then click Continue.
  3. Choose which way you want to connect with us.
