Question

I just set up my account recently and did 2 jobs already. 1st payment came through but has been in review for the last 5 days. 2nd one said it failed. Any insight on this

Sometimes with your first payment, it can take longer than the rest due to us making sure your account is set up and ready to go on our end (can take 5-7 business days). However, lets check your deposit speed to see when your customers payments should be depositing into your bank account: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Account and settings option. 
  3. Tap the Payments tab. 
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section. 

 

In addition, there are other steps you may need to take in order for the payments to deposit successfully, like speaking with your bank. Look over this guide for the additional steps: Find out when QBO is depositing my customers payments
