I just signed up for quickbooks yesterday and I can't seem to enter a deposit in my account. I want to speak to a human being!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thnk I am going to ccancel my account because you refuse to have a person reach out to me!

Did you receive an error message when trying to enter a deposit? Any information can help us determine the main cause of the issue.

 

At this time, we can perform some browser troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, the unusual behavior that you experience usually caused by the browser's cache.

 

To fix this, let's open QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito or private browser. Doing so can help us check if it's browser related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once done, enter a deposit again. If this works, let's clear the cache and cookies of your browser. If not, you can use another supported browser. Possible that your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

However, if you still want to get in touch with our representative, you can do it by going to the Help menu of your account. This way, you can request a call back from us. I'll guide you how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Talk to a human.
  3. Type your concern.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us.
  6. Choose either Messaging or Callback.
