I just started setting up my account and linked my bank account. I tried to have it pull data from all of 2020 however the earliest transaction is 11/27. Is there a fix?

Let me share some details about banking. 

QuickBooks Online is dependent on what your bank provided. For us to bring in the 2020 transactions, we can manually import them.

What we need is a file from your bank that we can upload to QuickBooks Online. Once you have it, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Banking/Transactions menu and select the Banking tab.
2. Select the Link account dropdown, then Upload from file.
3. Tap Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank.
4. Once done, select Let's go.
