There are some data that are not exported when you convert from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop. Let me share some information on how it works.
Reconciliation reports are one of that information that won't be imported. If the beginning balance in QBDT matches your balance in QBO, you can continue reconciling from where you stop.
