I keep getting notices QB will close my pymt acct if I don’t access my funds. Can’t figure out what I need to do. Seems all funds have been deposited. I’m lost!

Many email notifications. When I click to complete, the link does not take me to a specific task to complete. I can’t see anything wrong.

It’s important to have clarity in these situations, and I can help you check if these are legit payment notifications, Qa4books. Let's work together to figure this out and ensure your payment account remains active.

Receiving many notifications can be overwhelming and may cause confusion on what to do next. With this, I'd like to know if your account is on hold? If so, the email contains the necessary information or documents required to release the payment. You can check your inbox for the instructions to resolve this issue.

Please know that a Merchant account will not be closed or deactivated unless the account holder or user requests it. Since it seems that there's nothing wrong as all funds have been deposited, I encourage you not to open or click any links from the email. This way, we can safeguard your information. See this page for the list of email scams: Security notices.

Furthermore, QuickBooks prioritize your security and protect your data. To ensure this gets investigated, I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team. They can verify where these emails are coming from and provide detailed guidance if it's valid. To proceed, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
