Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Let's get your bank transactions downloaded into QuickBooks Online, DNDTV.

You have the option to select how far back you want to download transactions when you link the bank account. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.

If your bank account is already connected, you can disconnect it. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then Banking.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account.
  3. Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
  4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  5. If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
  6. Click Save and Close.
  7. You can reconnect the account to start downloading transactions again.

When you disconnect, QuickBooks deletes transactions that still need to be categorized in the For review tab. You have to option to add and categorize them to the bank register or leave them and start over.

If you don't want to disconnect the account, you can download transactions from the bank using a CSV file. Then, manually import the statement to QuickBooks.

I'm adding these articles as your guide.
