I linked paypal account but I'm getting-"Something's not quite right" & the bank balance does not match the QB balance even though everything is reconciled. How do I fix?

The paypal bank balance is zero while the QB balance is correct and is completely reconciled.

I have tried clearing my cache and updating but that did not help.

If you're still getting the error message, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Team. This way they can further check what's causing this issue and come up with a fix.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback.
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.

Is there a link leading me to information on what the latest update between PayPal and Quickbooks is, that occurred in about mid-June. This update required me to refresh my link, and basically reconnect my PayPal to my Quickbooks. Then I had to merge my "old" PayPal account in Quickbooks with the new one. There is also a new process for adding/matching PayPal transactions. Could you point me in the direction of any updates and directions on this update. thank you
