Hey, Nataliavm! Let me assist you in tracking your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you first connect your online bank and credit card accounts, QBO will download past transactions up to a certain date. However, it won't download pending transactions. It only fetches transactions once they're no longer pending and are officially posted on the bank site.

To find missing recently downloaded transactions, check three areas in your account:

  • Start in the For review tab. This is where QuickBooks puts recently downloaded transactions. If you find the missing transaction, categorize it into an account. Transactions don't show up on your books until you categorize them.
  • Next, check the Categorized tab. This tells you what happens to transactions you already categorized. Specifically, review the Added or Matched column. This tells you which account you categorized the transaction into.

We also have the option to manually download your transactions to QBO.

I'll also include this article for additional information on this topic: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you encounter issues when manually uploading bank and credit card transactions into QuickBooks Online, refer to this article for future reference: Fix bank upload errors in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to drop a comment in this thread for any updates, questions about bank transactions, or other QuickBooks-related issues. I'll be monitoring this closely. Have a great day!
