Hello, @leowelding1-gmai.

I'm here to help you connect your multiple cards in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're referring to add sub-accounts, you'll need to add its parent account first. Then, have each card set up as a subaccount.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab on the left side, then choose Chart of Accounts
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Complete the Account Type, Detailed Type, and Name
  4. Tap Save and close

After that, you can now connect all your cards as sub-account. Let me guide you how.

  1. Repeat 1 to 3 steps above.
  2. Put a check-mark in Is sub-account box, then choose your parent account.
  3. Enter the balance in the field.
  4. Click Save and close

Rework the process for the remaining cards. For more details, check out this article: Create subaccounts in your chart of accounts.

Please note that if your bank downloaded the transactions from one account, then connect only the parent account. Otherwise, connect the sub-accounts and not the parent account. You may refer to this page: About bank or credit card subaccount setup.

But if you're referring to something else, please leave a comment below. This way, I can provide you the exact answer.
