Hello there, jserensconstruct.

Having all the necessary information available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), particularly the Payments column facilitates a smooth and accurate reconciliation. Let's work together to ensure that the missing information is included on the Reconciliation page.

Your browser saves files to make websites load faster when you revisit them. These files can become outdated over time, leading to issues like missing buttons, slow loading of the program, and problems with form display.

To address your concern, log in to QBO via incognito mode or private browsing. These modes are designed to prevent data and history linked with a specific browsing session from staying on the device.

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once opened, proceed directly to the Reconciliation page to check the Payments column. If it shows up, clear the cache of your regular browser. This will delete temporary files stored on your device and improve its overall performance. Using another supported browser is a great alternative too.

When everything looks good, you can start reconciling the account. In case there are discrepancies in your account, the following resources contain solutions to resolve them. Browse through each one for the complete details:

Keep in touch if you still encounter any issues in QBO such as missing buttons or columns. I will ensure that everything is addressed and taken care of for you. Have a good one, @jserensconstruct.
