I lost transactions from one of my cards how can I recover them?

Lost all transactions from one account from the entire year.

Hello, jake-mizzou2015.

 

Let's work together and find those missing transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

 

Was the associated bank account connected in QuickBooks Self-Employed deleted or disconnected? Doing so will delete all categorized and uncategorized transactions. We're unable to recover and get them back to their original settings. 

 

What we can do is to either reconnect the bank account again or upload the transactions manually (if reconnecting does not re-import those old transactions). Check this article if you need help with the upload process: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed

 

However if you haven't deleted the account, those transactions may have been filtered on the Transactions page. In this case, let's set the correct filter parameters such as the Type, Account, Date, and Tags on the Transactions page.
