I’m applying for the business loan but the website says I’m using a personal banking account. I’m using a business account. Please help

Before finding the right solution to this issue, I would like to ask a few questions. Can you tell me more about the website you're using upon applying for the loan? And by any chance, are you using a website outside QBO?
 

And when you said you are applying for a loan, what kind of loan are you referring to?
