I'm here to give more details about the QuickBooks Cash bank account, consulting-champ.

With a QuickBooks Cash account, you can easily manage your business finances. This is free to open, has no monthly service fee, and has no minimum opening deposit or maintaining balance. If you have a dispute with QuickBooks debit card. You can call the number at the bank of your card. Our partner Green Dot Bank will review your account to ensure everything is accurate.

Currently, QuickBooks Self-Employed doesn't have a default cash account. You'll have to manually add the cash transaction to record them. I'll show you how.

Using a web browser:

  1. Go to the Transaction menu, then select Add transaction.
  2. Enter the amount and a description.
  3. Choose the Select a category menu to organize your transactions.
  4. If you have a receipt, you can also drag and drop it into the form.
  5. Once done, hit Save.

You can review this resource for more details: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Here you can also find the steps on adding the transaction using mobile phones.

In addition, I've included this material to learn more about categorizing transactions to ensure it's on the correct line of your Schedule C report: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

You can add any details below if you have further questions about the QuickBooks cash account. I'm always available to help you.
