I'm having issues with certain purchases not showing up in my banking transactions with my credit cards. Some purchases show while others don't.

Hi there, bonnie-sc-techse.


Let’s perform a manual update to refresh the connection between QBO and your bank. Doing so ensures the missing purchases will show in your company.

 

Before we proceed, check with your bank to see if the entries are cleared and ready for download. When you're ready, follow these steps to update your account.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to choose the Banking option.
  2. This will take to a page that will show the lists of your account.
  3. From there, click the Update button.
  4. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

 

Once done, check if the transactions in the Blue tile increase. If nothing new downloaded, perform Steps 2-4 in this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
