You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

I recognize the importance of recovering transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), nealonland.

As of now, we have an ongoing investigation into missing transactions using Chase Bank. Rest assured our engineering team is aware and they've been all hands on deck working to fix this as soon as possible. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
5. Choose a way to connect with us.

In the meantime, you can manually upload them by requesting a . CSV file from your financial institution. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to do this: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once the transactions are in, you’ll need to categorize and match your transactions. This way, we can ensure your records are accurate. You can then proceed to reconcile them.

I'm always around and ready to help if you have more questions about managing your bank transactions in QBO. Just click the Reply button to add your comment so I can assist you further. Have a good one!
