Question

I'm missing transactions from March 27, 2020 to August 18, 2020 from my business checking account. Any help?

Hi there, sherri17.

I'd be happy to lend a hand.

If this the first time you connected your checking account, QuickBooks Self-Employed downloads the last 30 to 90 days of transactions, and in some cases up to a year.

You can add the older transactions by following the steps in this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Otherwise, we can go and refresh your account, or do some troubleshooting steps if you have the transactions previously.

To refresh, click the Gear > Bank accounts > Refresh all. Please see this sample screenshot:

Then, go to the Transactions page and look for the missing transactions. If you're getting the same result, then you can follow the steps below.

Open an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save your browsing history.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Then, sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account and go to the Transactions page. If you see the transactions from March 27, 2020 to August 18, 2020, you'll want to clear your regular browser's cache. Please restart your browser afterwards.

You can also check your account using a different supported browser.

Please let me know how it goes. I'll be right here to help you out again. Thanks.
