Thank you for choosing QuickBooks Online (QBO) Joe. I'm here to provide information about the Instant Deposit feature and help you get started so you can process and receive customer payments promptly.

You need a QuickBooks Payments account to get instant deposits. With it, you can request funds into your bank account in less than 30 minutes.

Please note that instant deposit is an additional service in QuickBooks Payments, subject to eligibility criteria. To qualify, your account must be active and in good standing.

Once you're qualified, you need to set up your debit card or bank account where you want to get instant deposits. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Sales, then Deposits.
  3. Select Get set upNote: You'll only see this option if you're eligible.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps, then enter your debit card or bank info.
  5. When you get the confirmation code, enter it to verify your account.

To learn more on how to deposit customer payments into your bank account in minutes, please see this article: Get instant deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, after completing the setup procedure and if you ever run into issues like, instant deposit is slow or unsuccessful, or you see unexpected changes, you may want to check out this article to assist you with the fix: Get help with instant deposits.
