I'm new to Quickbooks. How do you manually add a deposit?

Entering Bank Deposits in QuickBooks Online is made easier for you. Follow the steps below:

 

 1. Click the (+) New icon and choose Bank Deposit from the list.

2. In the Account field, select the account where you want to add the amount to.

3. Under Add funds to this deposit, enter the details, then hit Save and close.

 

If you need to deposit the service charges and processing fees, just enter them in the Add funds to this deposit section. Then, select the name whom you received the fee and enter a negative amount.
