Question

I'm reconciling a bank account on QB and it won't let me scroll down to see all my transactions. It keeps bouncing back to one area and then stops. ??

We've received similar cases where the scroll bar automatically jumps back up at the page during reconciliation. As a workaround, you can add filters within the reconciliation window to decrease the number of lines displayed. This will help you avoid this issue for the time being.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left pane, select Transactions.
  2. Select Reconcile.
  3. On the Reconciliation page, select the Filter icon.
  4. Enter the details and click Apply.
