I'm sure other's have gotten this email: Transactions from your Key Bank aren’t coming into QuickBooks. How do I correct it?

Hello andrewbtravis-gm,

 

Nice to see you here in the QuickBooks Community! Before we dive in, did you receive an error message QuickBooks, and if so, could you share what it is?  In the meantime, I recommend running a manual update to resync your connection to QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, choose Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
