Solved

I'm the only one entering transactions in QB. I was ready to reconcile for December and noticed the check amount from 1/11/19 was altered. Who has access to our system?

It could be there's another user who edited the transaction, Rsasagawa.

We can check that in the Audit Log report. This will provide you the list of the company's activities, the changes made, and who made them.

Here's how to pull up the report:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit Log.

I'll include a screenshot for better guidance.

If the check is incorrectly edited, you can go ahead and open it to make some changes. This way, you can reconcile your account.

I'll also add this article about Audit Log for reference.
