I'm trying to connect to my credit card account. When I upload transaction for last year it skips 2/21 to 8/21 transactions. How can I correct?

Ask the .qbo file from your bank or download it from the website. You can import it into your QBO account later. Another option, utilize MT Online.  It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
