Hi, @tmed11. I have ways to help you get the missing transactions and ensure you can successfully reconcile your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, make sure the bank account you reconcile is correct as well as the dates and the ending balance you entered. If everything's correct, use the filter from the reconciliation table to find the missing transactions. See the screenshot below for a visual guide.

If the transactions still don't appear, review each of them to ensure they are not posted to a different account. If the missing transactions were not entered, enter them manually.

Also, if there are payments that are still in the Undeposited Funds (UF), you need to create a bank deposit. This way, it'll be posted to the correct bank account. Here's how:

  1. Click the +New button and select Bank Deposit.
  2. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the bank account you want to put the money into.

  3. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
  4. Review the total amount.
  5. Once done, click Save and Close.

If there are unreviewed transactions in the bank feeds, make sure to categorize them properly.

Once everything's fine, reconcile your account again. If you still encounter discrepancies, fix them using this guide: Fix issues at the end of a reconciliation in QuickBooks Online

Moreover, you can generate a reconciliation report to ensure the accuracy and validity of financial information.
