Hi precisionvirtual!

Thanks for posting here. I understand how important it is to get paid. Let me help you.

QuickBooks Payments has a deposit speed which is the basis when you'll receive the funds. Some may take a couple of days but please note that each merchant has a unique deposit speed.

You'll want to log in to your Merchant Service Center. From there, you can review all your transactions and their statuses:

  1. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits or Transactions.
  2. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  3. Select Search.

In addition, your bank also matters. Some banks may take time before they clear and post the funds into your account.

It's best to see some help from our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support for them to further check your funds.

I'll be here if you need more help. Have a great one!
