I moved from Desktop Pro Plus to Online. I'm trying to enter a payment in the check register and cannot find the save feature.

I can help save your payment transaction in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) register.

 

The Save feature or option (green button) is located at the bottom right of the transaction beside Cancel.

 

If you're unable to find this option, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once logged in, go back to the register to double-check. You can refer to these articles for further guidance:

 

 

If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
