I need assistance with resolving differenced between BQ Bank Records and my Bank records QB is overstated due to cash sale processed by Shopify and cash deposited.

Since you've linked your bank account to your QBO account and linked your Shopify program to QBO, there's a chance that a duplicate transaction has been added to your bank feeds. Thus, you'll want to make sure you're only categorizing a single transaction, whether it's the transaction from the bank or the transaction from Shopify.

To sort this out, you can review the transactions you've added to QuickBooks by opening your account register and comparing them to your bank statements. Here's how:

1. Go to the Accounting menu, and then choose Chart of Accounts.
2. Choose the account in question, and then click View register from the Action column.

If you notice that duplicate transactions have been added incorrectly, then you can simply go to your bank feeds and exclude them.
