I'll show you a way to bring transactions into QuickBooks Online, jvdondriano.

Once you've connected a bank account to QuickBooks, the software automatically downloads your transactions data each night. The downloaded data depends on what your financial institution shared and allows. You can update your bank manually to add any transactions that have cleared since the last automatic download. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Banking or Transaction menu at the left pane.
  2. Select Banking tab.
  3. On the Banking page, click on the Update button.

You may check out this article for your reference: Manually update bank accounts.

If the issue persists, you'll have the option to manually upload those missing transactions. You can log in to your bank's website to download a CSV file. Before uploading, please open the CSV file and ensure that it only includes the missing data. I've got this resource for more detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, you can sort the Date to show the current or older transaction in your bank register.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Select Chart of accounts.
  3. Locate the bank register or your bank account.
  4. Click the View register link.
  5. Hit the Dates to put the current dates on top.

Or you can use the Funnel icon to filter those transactions. Check out the steps below to complete the process:

  1. From your bank register page, Click the Funnel icon.
  2. Choose Check in the Transaction Type section.
  3. Go to the Date and select either All dates or Custom.
  4. Once done, hit Apply.

In addition, you can review the following material below. This contains the steps on how to remove columns on your bank register and also how you can quickly add other transactions.
