I need to add another sale channel. How do I do that and how can I add one that isn't recognized?

If you have QuickBooks Online Essentials, you can link up to three channels such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. If you are using Plus or Advanced, you can connect with as many sales channels as required.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the company admin.
  2. Select Commerce, then select Connect sales channel.
  3. Pick the channel you want to connect with.
  4. Choose Next.
  5. Choose the date you want to bring in your sales data from, then press Next and Continue.
  6. Read through the consent to connect information and select Agree
  7. Enter the info for your sales channel, then sign into your account.

 

If the sales channel you wish to add isn't supported by QBO, you could explore third-party applications that provides integration services to establish a connection with QBO, visit this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. Then, search for an app in the Search bar. You can also navigate to the App collection or in the Categories.
