However, if it's about account verifications or investigation updates, you can contact our Customer Care Team. I'll show you how to do that:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon, then enter your concern.
  2. Select I still need a human option.
  3. Click Get help from a human.
  4. Select Have us call you option, someone from Customer Care Team will contact you within 5 mins.
  5. Input your contact information and select Get a call.
