The option to add a bank account is very much helpful especially if you have a lot of transactions. As I checked, I noticed that we already have an investigation regarding PNC accounts. I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team so they can add your details which can help with this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
- Go to Help and select Contact us.
- Enter PNC Account in the question field and click Let's talk.
- Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.
In the meantime, you can manually import your PNC transactions through webconnect. What we need is a file from PNC that contains the transactions for a period of time.
