Hi there, userlisa12miller.

I recognize how important for your business to be able to connect your QBO account to Turbo Tax. Let me help to get you back up and running using the online system.

Before we proceed, allow me to share some information on why you’re unable to use the desktop app. The QBO Windows and Mac desktop versions are no longer supported.

However, you’ll still be able to utilize the program as long your browser supports it. Otherwise, sign in to your account through this link: qbo.intuit.com

This is to ensure you can continue performing all your tasks. Click here to learn more about the updates.

If you wish to import your QBO file to Turbo Tax, we’re unable to directly perform the process. We’ll have to download a trial version of QBDT and then export your online data.

Also, review the information in QBDT before importing them to Turbo Tax. When you’re ready, let’s bring the data to Turbo Tax. Follow the recommended steps in this article: How do I import QuickBooks data into TurboTax Business?

I’m adding this article for additional resources. It lists all the information that doesn’t come over when moving from QBO to QBDT: Limitations when you convert from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.
