I need to redo my reconciliation. I deleted all transactions but can not redo.

Let me share a few steps to recover all the deleted transactions to redo reconciliation.

 

You'll need to recreate all the transactions that were deleted. You can retrieve it by going to the Audit log and click the transaction link on the Event column. This can help you get the transactions back in full detail.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right panel.
  2. Under Tools, select Audit log.
  3. Click Filter and adjust the following:
    User: All users
    Date: when you specifically deleted the transactions like a month ago or this week
    Events: Show all events
  4. Then select Apply.
  5. On the Event column, recover each transaction by clicking the transaction links.
  6. Click Save and close.

 

Once you have recovered all the transactions, you can then redo the reconciliation.
