I'll see to it that you're taken care of. By logging into QuickBooks Online, you can speak with a live person. I'll walk you through the process:

 

 

1.     Search for Help (?) on the upper right.

 


2.     Select either tab to get started:

 

  • Assistant: Receive prompt, tailored responses. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you feel you require additional assistance, you can still Talk to a human.

  • Search: Directly search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base, or choose Contact Us and select a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
    • Ask the community to get help from businesses like you
