Question

I need to start over and re-import my data from QuickBooks to turbo tax. I already clicked start over in turbo tax.,.. why cant I do this WTF?

Originally I imported the data from QuickBooks self employed to turbo tax. I needed to change a lot of data in QuickBooks so decided to start over even though it shouldn't be required at all.

To begin with, once you've entered your data into TurboTax, it won't let you re-import your data from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This is to prevent data issues and ensure data integrity. 

 

With this, you'll have to contact our QBSE Support Team, as they have the tools and expertise necessary to help you restart the process and ensure everything is setup- correctly.
